Can you design artwork for me?
Yes. Design services are available for an additional cost. This must be arranged before production begins.
What happens if my artwork is incorrect?
If an issue is detected before printing, you may be contacted. If artwork is approved and printed as supplied, errors are the customer’s responsibility.
Do you check artwork before printing?
Basic checks are carried out for size, bleed, and obvious errors. Artwork is printed as supplied unless a design or pre-press service is purchased.
What file formats do you accept?
Preferred formats are print-ready PDF files. High-resolution TIFF or JPEG files may also be accepted depending on the product.
