Overview
Pop-up exhibition stands are the industry-standard portable backdrop for trade shows, conferences and press areas. We print in-house for rich colour and finish with a durable, scuff-resistant laminate so your graphics stay smart across multiple events. Frames assemble in minutes—no tools—using magnetic bars that snap panels into place. Choose a curved frame for a classic wrap-around feel or a straight frame for a flat back wall.
Good to know
- “3×3” etc. refers to the frame grid, not metres.
- Typical overall graphic height is ~2225 mm. Always design from our templates for exact panel joins.
Best for: shell-scheme back walls, space-only stands, photo backdrops, media zones.

Tip: Straight systems present a flat back wall (ideal inside shell schemes). Curved systems wrap slightly around the sides for a more immersive look.

Artwork & templates
How to supply
- Supply one continuous layout for the full width or separate panel files.
- Recommended scale: design at 25% with 400–600 dpi (gives ~100–150 dpi at full size).
- Bleed: 3–5 mm on all panel edges. Keep live text/logos 10–15 mm clear of panel joins.
- Colour: CMYK. Embed/outline fonts. Linked images at 300 dpi @ 25% scale.
- File types: PDF (preferred), JPG or TIF. Vector PDF avoids text/shape pixelation at full size.

Setup & care
- Pop open the frame.
- Attach the magnetic support bars.
- Hang centre graphics first, then add adjacent panels.
- Fit end-caps last for a clean wrap.
- Clip on LED lights (if included).
After use, wipe panels with a soft cloth and store in the wheeled case.
Sustainability
- PVC-free media available on request (stock dependent).
- Reuse frames indefinitely and reskin with new panels when designs change.
- We can ship direct to venue to minimise handling miles.
FAQs
Is a 3×3 stand three metres wide?
No—“3×3” refers to the internal grid of the frame, not metres.
Curved vs straight—what should I pick?
Curved wraps slightly around you (great in open spaces). Straight gives a flat back wall that fits neatly within shell schemes.
What comes in the kit?
